Every watch purchased from Fit Matrix is backed by a 1-Year Domestic Warranty, absolutely free.

Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Internal movement defects under normal use

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Physical or accidental damage
• Broken or scratched glass
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by water (unless the model is specifically rated for water resistance and used within its stated limits)
• Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling
• Strap, battery, or cosmetic damage due to regular use

To claim warranty service, please contact our support team with your order details. Our team will guide you through the inspection and service process.

The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Fit Matrix and is non-transferable.
