Refund policy

7-Day Easy Return

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, tags, and packaging.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • Once approved, we will arrange the return pickup or provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Return requests made after the 7-day return period.
