7-Day Easy Return
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, tags, and packaging.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will arrange the return pickup or provide return instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
- Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Return requests made after the 7-day return period.
